Book Club FAQs

What is the cost?

There is a membership fee for the book club. This fee covers book club materials, the books and contributes to the hosting forum.

How does the book club work?

The book club is virtual, meeting Bi-Weekly. However, if you and a local group of members wish to meet up, we do encourage this. You will be sent a link to enable you to join our Teams meetings.

Do I have to buy the book myself?

The books will be sent to you as this cost is covered in your membership fees. 

How often do we start a new book?

Depending on the size of the book, this will be every 2-3 months. 

Can I buy previous books?

Yes, please have a look at our Shop. 

How much is the Book Club membership? 

The Book Club Membership is £20.00 per month.

This covers the cost of all books that we read throughout the year and all materials. 

If you are based outside of the United Kingdom and wish to join, please note that you would need to purchase the book yourself. All materials would be provided to you as Digital Downloads

Payment Information

Shipping Information

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and securely. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail services, known for their reliability and trusted delivery across the UK and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Standard Shipping: We offer standard Royal Mail delivery for UK orders, typically arriving within 3-5 working days. 

Tracked & Signed for: For added security, we offer a tracked and signed service. This allows you to track your parcel online and ensures the package is signed for upon delivery.

 International Shipping

We also offer international shipping through Royal Mail for customers outside of the UK. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but please allow up to 7-14 working days for international deliveries. You will receive a tracking number where available.

Shipping Costs:

UK Standard Shipping: Free for orders over £30. For orders under £30, a standard shipping fee of £3.50 will be applied.

UK Tracked & Signed for: £5.50 for all orders.

International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout, based on the destination and order weight.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

-Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (if applicable).

Important Notes:

We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather, strikes, or busy holiday seasons.

While Royal Mail makes every effort to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

-Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Refund Policy for Seventy X 7

At Seventy X 7, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for all our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund in accordance with UK consumer rights and regulations.

1. Digital Products (Downloadable PDFs, E-books, etc.)

Due to the nature of our digital products, which are immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer a refund once the product has been downloaded or accessed, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If there is an issue with the quality or functionality of the digital product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

2. Physical Products (Books, Journals, etc.)

If you are not satisfied with your physical purchase, you have the right to request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with UK consumer law. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.

To request a refund or exchange:

• Contact us via email at info@seventyx7.co.uk or through our contact page, providing your order number and reason for return.
• You will need to return the product(s) to us within 14 days of informing us of your desire to return it.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, and we will arrange for a full refund, exchange, or replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

4. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned items (if applicable), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exclusions

• Any products that have been used, damaged, or modified in any way are not eligible for a refund.
• Personalized or custom items are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or incorrect.
